I'm trying to get the Unification mod for Soulstorm to work alongside a bunch of the new faction mods like Chaos Daemons. The only "alteration" I guess is that the vanilla factions are partly overhauled with the goal of overhauling them all to a standard that fits with the best of the modded factions.I did so with the Emperors Children, Harlequins, Lost and Damned and some others. Other option is faulty patching. Try manual patching 6.91+6.925 combo patch. if no worky; look into your base mod installation. checking archives and reinstalling manually, then patching.
